ITZY member Chaeryeong donated a total of 20 million won to support wildfire victims and firefighters.
Chaeryeong recently delivered 10 million won each to the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association and the Korea Firefighters' Association, for a total of 20 million won.
The donation will be used for recovery activities such as emergency livelihood support, provision of relief supplies, and operation of temporary shelters for disaster victims in wildfire-affected areas including Ulsan, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam, as well as to support firefighters. Chaeryeong shared her heart and spread positive influence for the disaster victims affected by the wildfire and those who are leading on-site relief efforts.
Chaeryeong said through JYP Entertainment, "I hope this can be a small help to the firefighters who are working hard and to those affected by the wildfire. I pray that the situation improves soon."
ITZY released their album "GOLD" last year. In February of this year, they are continuing various activities to celebrate their 6th anniversary since debut.
