LE SSERAFIM's fifth mini album title track "HOT" is continuing its success on global charts.
According to the latest chart released by the world's largest music streaming platform Spotify on the 28th (local time), the new song "HOT" by LE SSERAFIM (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Heo Yunjin, Kazuha, Hong Eunchae) ranked 154th on the "Weekly Top Song Global" chart (April 21-27). It entered the chart for the second consecutive week and recorded the highest ranking among K-pop group songs this week.
It also made its mark on the "Weekly Top Song" charts in eight countries/regions, including Taiwan (6th), Singapore (10th), and Hong Kong (11th). In Japan and Malaysia, it climbed seven and four spots respectively from last week, and particularly in Korea, it rose two spots from last week to secure the 2nd place, proving its upward trend. LE SSERAFIM secured the highest ranking among K-pop girl groups in the "Weekly Top Artist Global" at 153rd.
"HOT" ranked 19th on the UK's Official Chart's sub-chart, the "Independent Singles Breakers." It has maintained a steady popularity by appearing on the chart for two consecutive weeks.
The global popularity of "HOT" can also be confirmed by the Billboard Japan chart released on the 26th. The song topped the rising chart "Hot Shot Songs" (April 17-23). It also placed 37th on the "Hot 100," 41st on the "Streaming Songs," and 50th on the "Download Songs," among other charts. The album with the same name as the title track entered the "Download Album" chart at 6th place for two consecutive weeks. Additionally, it entered the "Top Album Sales" at 9th place and the overall album chart "Hot Albums" at 10th, demonstrating a strong local response.
Meanwhile, LE SSERAFIM grants will appear on MBC's "Show! Music Core" airing at 3:15 p.m. on the 29th. On the 31st, they will release a music video for the track "Come Over," created in collaboration with Google Android, along with a remix album.
