Twice's Nayeon and Dahyun donated 100 million won to support the recovery efforts from the Ulsan wildfires.
On the 27th, Twice's Nayeon and Dahyun each donated 50 million won, totaling 100 million won, to the Ulsan Love Fruit Community Chest for the recovery from the Ulsan wildfire damage.
The donation will be used to support the victims affected by the wildfire in Uljin County, Ulsan. Nayeon and Dahyun noted through their agency JYP Entertainment, "We extend our deepest condolences to the victims who suffered from the sudden wildfire. We hope those who are experiencing difficulties can return to their daily lives as soon as possible, and we thank those who are working hard on the ground for their relief efforts."
They have been continuing their charitable activities. Nayeon has consistently donated to support the prevention and recovery efforts from COVID-19, medical expenses for low-income patients, and was appointed as a member of the "Honor Society" for high donors by the Love Fruit in 2024. Dahyun also donated 50 million won to a special fundraiser for overcoming COVID-19 in 2020 and in February 2023, she shared warmth by donating 200 million won for children and families affected by the earthquake in Turkey and Syria along with other members of Twice.
Twice will be making global appearances including attending the concert of the British band Coldplay, "Coldplay [Music Of The Spheres World Tour]" on April, and headlining performance at the global music festival "Lollapalooza Chicago" on August 2, local time.
