Singer Crush has extended a helping hand for disaster recovery from wildfires.
On the 28th, Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association announced that singer Crush donated 50 million won for the recovery from the recent wildfires.
This donation will be used for emergency relief, provision of daily necessities, and operation of temporary shelters for residents in wildfire-affected areas such as Ulsan, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam, supporting recovery and restoration of daily life.
Crush stated, "I hope this small contribution helps those who have lost their homes due to the wildfires, and I sincerely wish for everyone to regain their daily lives as soon as possible."
Meanwhile, Hope Bridge's Secretary-General Shin Hoon noted, "We deeply appreciate Crush's warm sharing, and this sincerity will provide great comfort and help to the affected residents."
Additionally, Hope Bridge is currently providing more than 420,000 relief supplies, including relief kits, shelter partitions, blankets, daily necessities, bottled water, and food, to the wildfire-affected areas. Various on-site relief activities, including laundry support at shelters, are also ongoing. Support for meals for firefighters and on-site response teams has also been provided.
