Cha Eun-woo conveyed the donation through the Korean Red Cross, stating, "It is regrettable that dry weather and strong winds have rapidly spread the wildfires and increased the extent of the damage," and he expressed his condolences to the victims who have lost their precious daily lives and gratitude to everyone who is working hard to extinguish the wildfires and support the victims.

The donated funds are expected to be used for the restoration of wildfire damages and support for the victims.

Cha Eun-woo has also donated revenue from his first solo photo exhibition and has continued his charitable work by supporting COVID-19 victims, pediatric cancer patients, and ALS patients.

Meanwhile, the Korean Red Cross has been conducting emergency relief activities for firefighters and victims at wildfire damage sites nationwide since the wildfires began on the 21st.

As of the 26th, 1,599 staff members and volunteers are active on-site, providing 1,268 emergency relief sets, 4,865 blankets, 385 shelters, and 86,813 bottles of water and other goods.

Additionally, meal support has been provided to 40,750 firefighters and victims, and disaster psychology counseling is being conducted for 2,441 individuals.

Furthermore, a mobile clinic has been set up on-site to begin medical services, and 13 units of relief equipment are also in operation, including mobile meal trucks, recovery support vehicles, mobile shower trucks, and relief support vehicles.
