Singer G-Dragon will donate 300 million won from the revenue of the 'G-DRAGON 2025 WORLD TOUR [Ubermensch]' concert, which will be held at the Goyang Comprehensive Gymnasium on the 29th and 30th, to support recovery from the large forest fire damage that occurred in Gyeongsangdo and Ulsan.
G-Dragon noted that the concert is being conducted with the support of his fans and aims to make a donation together with them. The funds delivered will be used for recovery in the forest fire damage areas and support for the disaster victims.
Additionally, G-Dragon expressed through his agency, Galaxy Corporation, "I hope that healing hands will be with everyone who lost their homes due to unforeseen disasters, and I sincerely wish for recovery," and "I extend my deep gratitude to all those who are struggling at the disaster sites and working to restore the affected areas, including firefighters and DAEWON personnel."
G-Dragon has consistently demonstrated meaningful actions through his charitable contributions. The Just Peace Foundation, established through his direct involvement, is a public interest foundation founded on August 8, 2024, aiming to promote mental health and bring peace to the world.
Continuing the spirit of support activities created by G-Dragon and his fans, the Just Peace Foundation will also visit the field to assess the needs of firefighters and rescue personnel who are actively working on wildfire suppression, along with Hong Beomsuk, a Netflix 'Physical: 100' season 2 runner-up and former firefighter, and will take active steps to provide support.
