The drama 'Undercover High School' is captivating overseas viewers, continuing to receive a warm response in Asia.

According to the weekly chart announced by Asia's largest regional OTT platform Viu, for the 2nd week of March (March 10-16), the MBC Friday-Saturday drama 'Undercover High School' (English title: Undercover High School) ranked first in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines. This marks two consecutive weeks of maintaining the top position across five countries, once again proving the global box office success of the show.

'Undercover High School,' starring Seo Kang-jun and Jin Ki-joo, depicts the chaotic operations of a National Intelligence Service agent disguising as a high school student to find the missing gold bullion of Emperor Gojong. This work combines the academy genre and espionage, receiving praise for providing both familiar and fresh entertainment.

Previously, K-academy dramas centered on high teens, such as 'Study Group' and 'Support Family', gained popularity, while 'Undercover High School' focuses global fans' attention with a new variation by adding an espionage narrative.

Meanwhile, Viu is the regional OTT platform of Hong Kong's PCCW, servicing popular Korean content in 16 countries across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Various K-content launches are also scheduled, including the currently airing 'The Art of Negotiation', 'Please Take Care of Eagle Five!', and 'Crushology 101'.
