Singer Loco conveyed warm wishes for the recovery from the large forest fire damage.
The Korea Red Cross (Chairman Kim Cheol-soo) announced on the 27th that Loco, the organization's ambassador, donated 20 million won for the recovery from the large forest fires that occurred nationwide, including in Gyeongnam, Gyeongbuk, Ulsan, Jeonbuk, and Gangwon.
Ambassador Loco said, "I hope this helps those affected by the forest fires," adding, "I hope the residents can quickly return to their peaceful daily lives."
Since being appointed as an ambassador for the Korea Red Cross in 2018, Loco has been involved in various donations for disaster relief and crisis households, extending goodwill through initiatives such as supporting handmade burgers for vulnerable children and participating in baking volunteer activities.
Chairman Kim Cheol-soo of the Korea Red Cross noted, "We are grateful for Loco's heartfelt donation and consistent humanitarian efforts," adding, "We will do our best to help the forest fire victims return to their daily lives as soon as possible."
