Member Tukut of the hip-hop group 'Epik High' said he appeared in the news to help a security guard who was assaulted.
A video released on the YouTube channel 'Epik High' on the 26th featured Epik High enjoying a barbecue party, various games, and conversations.
In the video, Tukut said, "I appeared in the news. I appeared in the news as a resident who stopped the assault", and unveiled the news footage. Tablo, seeing this, reacted with surprise and said, "Oh? You guys. Post this. It's a touching story."
Tukut showed a humble demeanor, asking, "What touching story?" Tablo responded, "You saved the security guard who was assaulted," and joked, "You chased that kid and kicked him off the motorcycle," making everyone laugh.
According to JTBC's 'Incident Director' in January, a 60-year-old security guard, referred to as A, who was working at an apartment in Gangnam, Seoul, was assaulted by a delivery driver. A stated that the apartment had no above-ground parking lot, and all residents could only access the underground parking lot; the delivery driver had to park their motorcycle at the main gate and walk in.
On the day of the incident, A discovered a motorcycle that had entered the apartment complex while he was briefly away. When A asked, "What do I do when there's a 'no motorcycle entry' sign?" the delivery driver allegedly pushed A with the motorcycle and said, "Don't you know me?"
The delivery driver subsequently carried out indiscriminate assaults on A, swinging fists and kicking him. Despite the pleas of residents, the delivery driver grabbed A's head and slammed it against the wall. Police were dispatched following reports from residents, but the delivery driver had already fled the scene. A reportedly suffered a three-week injury and is currently unable to work.
