Actor Choi Woo-shik donated 100 million won to help with forest fire recovery.

The Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association (Chairman Song Pil-ho) announced on the 27th that actor Choi Woo-shik donated 100 million won to assist with recovery efforts in the Ulsan, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam areas affected by forest fires.

Choi Woo-shik said, "I wanted to convey my heartfelt support, even if it is small, to those who have lost their homes and are going through difficult times due to the forest fires" and added, "I hope that everyone affected can return to their peaceful daily lives as soon as possible."

His donation will be used for emergency support and the provision of relief supplies for residents affected by the forest fires. In this regard, Shin Hoon, Secretary General of Hope Bridge, said, "We sincerely thank Choi Woo-shik for his warm donation towards his neighbors," and noted, "We will use the funds delivered with care so they can provide real comfort and recovery for the affected residents."
