Actress Han So-hee talked about her personality, which is aware of others' gazes.

Recently, a video titled 'Han So-hee's counseling office, where I just listen' was released on the official YouTube channel of Harper's Bazaar Korea.

In the video, Han So-hee chose and answered questions sent by fans after finishing a photoshoot. First, Han So-hee said she is trying to exercise for her fitness and asked fans for workout recommendations, stating, "If you are exercising for your fitness, I recommend starting with running. The weather is getting better, so a walk would also be nice. Boxing is great for cardio and much fun, and I also like swimming, so I recommend that. When I really don’t want to exercise, I sleep in my workout clothes. It’s easier to move once I wake up. The way to the gym isn’t difficult, but once I get there, I work out. I have to go because they tell me to. But I haven't been exercising lately either."

Next, when a fan expressed a desire to overcome their shy personality, Han So-hee replied, "I'm also a very introverted person, but I've become more extroverted through work. It would be good to let go of the obsessive thought of needing to talk to many people and be a good person. When I go to crowded places, rather than forcing myself to befriend others, I tend to do my best in that situation. Overcoming my shy personality is still an assignment for me."

To a fan concerned about continuing a job that doesn't align with their aptitude but is manageable in terms of salary, Han So-hee advised, "If it were me, I would continue. Whether the job doesn’t match your aptitude can depend on which aspects don't fit. If it doesn’t align with the direction you want to go, I think you should seriously consider it. It’s not easy to find good colleagues and supervisors in a job category that doesn't match your aptitude, so it would be good to contemplate what aspects of the job are misaligned with your aptitude while continuing your work."

In particular, to a fan who wanted to overcome being overly sensitive to others' opinions and feeling fragile, Han So-hee noted, "Most people are of a fragile mindset, and the key is whether you can endure and hold on. Given my profession, I often find myself aware of others' gazes and try hard to view myself objectively, yet I still tend to worry a lot and think deeply. Simply thinking about it doesn’t change much. If there are thoughts or concerns that aren't changing immediately, I recommend postponing them for a while and focusing on the present."

When asked how she stops overthinking, Han So-hee responded, "It might sound like a scam, but when I want to stop my thoughts, I focus on the back of my head when random thoughts pop up, and that helps those thoughts disappear. I think if you close your eyes before sleeping and focus on the back of your head, random thoughts tend to vanish."

Meanwhile, Han So-hee stars in the movie 'Project Y' alongside Jeon Jong-seo.
