Choi Eun-kyung, who announced her departure from MBN 'Sokpuri Show Dongchimi', revealed her initial feelings.

Today, the 25th, broadcaster Choi Eun-kyung posted a lengthy message on her personal SNS.

First, Choi Eun-kyung said, "I received so many messages yesterday and today..." and added, "I thought that just having fun during the recording without a separate farewell on the show is the biggest greeting I can give to you all, so I recorded it happily."

Choi Eun-kyung noted, "It was an honor to be with Dongchimi, which has truly been a reference book in my life, and I hope you continue to love Dongchimi a lot."

Meanwhile, the production team of MBN 'Sokpuri Show Dongchimi' recently notified Park Soo-hong and Choi Eun-kyung of their departure due to program reorganization. As part of the 30th-anniversary overhaul, they decided to replace the MCs. However, as news broke that the sudden departure did not allow for a final farewell, there were allegations of forced departure, leading to reactions from both the individuals involved and viewers, who expressed that it was "discourteous."

Below is Choi Eun-kyung's SNS.

I received so many messages yesterday and today…
I had already recorded my final episode a few weeks ago, so I was carefree on my trip when I saw the articles and received numerous international calls, which surprised me.
In fact, I was the one who was surprised. Haha.

Honestly, I was so focused on my feelings and aspirations, and everything that drew attention to me.

Being a shy person who cannot do it even if I wanted to (don’t you think? Haha),
I thought that my final farewell should not be separate from the show.
I believe that having fun during the recording, as usual, is the biggest greeting I can give to you all.

I recorded it very cheerfully.
Though I couldn't express it on the show due to shyness, seeing all your messages and how much you cared made me feel grateful.

To our long-time Dongchimi family and those who loved Dongchimi.

I feel it's courteous to say goodbye in writing, so I’ll leave a brief message here.

To all those who appeared on Dongchimi with me for over 13 years,
to those who created Dongchimi, and to the viewers who loved Dongchimi,
because of the generous stories you shared,
I was truly able to grow a lot.

Through your concerns, I unraveled the threads of my own dilemmas,
and through your lives, I adjusted the direction of my life.
As a mother, daughter, and daughter-in-law, I became a slightly better person.
It was truly an honor to be with Dongchimi, which was a reference book in my life, and I hope you will continue to love Dongchimi.
I am really, really grateful.

Having started in my 40s and now in my 50s,
I also received the very first congratulatory message from Dongchimi
(I really got a congratulatory message on KakaoTalk. Hehe.
Now they say it's time to stop making Dongchimi and go for a spring outing. Haha)
Like the title of writer Yoo In-kyung’s book,

a thousand Taeyang will shine even beyond fifty.
I will joyfully write the Dongchimi liberation journal in the future.

Since I have never taken a break from work in my entire life, haha, as usual,
I will continue to work hard in many broadcasts.
Thank you!

Sincerely, Dongchimi ex-Bokjangnim ^^
