The fan vote to determine the trophy recipient of the 34th Seoul Music Awards has begun.
The mobile voting for the 34th Seoul Music Awards, organized by the Seoul Music Awards organizing committee, started on the 24th, and active participation from the fandoms of each artist is taking place. The Popularity Award (domestic voting) and the Hallyu Special Award (overseas voting), as well as the K-POP SEOUL CHOICE institutional sector/group/solo category, will be selected through 100% fan voting.
Voting will be conducted in two rounds. The first round of voting will take place from 12 p.m. on March 24 to 11:59 p.m. on April 12, while the second round will occur from 12 p.m. on April 21 to 11:59 p.m. on May 10. The results of the voting will be announced on the day of the awards ceremony. The selection criteria for nominees are based on albums and sound sources released from January 2024 to March 2025, according to the Circle Chart.
The Seoul Music Awards organizing committee noted, "The Seoul Music Awards is a festival celebrating the artists who shined in K-POP over the year, and it is an awards ceremony where fans directly participate in determining the award recipients." They added, "Your valuable vote will be a great source of strength for the artists."
Meanwhile, the 34th Seoul Music Awards is a representative music awards ceremony in South Korea that began in 1990. It will be held on June 21 at the Inspire Arena.
