Jin Tae-hyun and Park Si-eun challenged themselves with a half marathon.

On the episode aired on the 24th of SBS's 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny,' the scene of Jin Tae-hyun and Park Si-eun attempting the 21km half marathon was depicted.

Park Si-eun shared her thoughts on visiting a clinic specializing in infertility for the first time in five years. Park Si-eun said, "It's surprising to see so many people still coming here," adding, "We are also back at this place now. After going through so much time, there are probably others like us who feel the same way. The longing was very palpable."

Jin Tae-hyun said, "We have experienced precious life coming and going, and this is a new beginning. I am very grateful for that experience," moving those around him. Jin Tae-hyun also noted, "I talk a lot about our daughter, so everyone probably knows. But if we ever get a good opportunity, I hope for a healthy child, regardless of gender."

Park Si-eun stated, "Of course. What does gender matter?" adding, "The possibility arises only if you don't give up. If I give up, the possibility disappears."

Meanwhile, that day, Jin Tae-hyun and Park Si-eun challenged themselves with a 21km half marathon in Daegu. Jin Tae-hyun has experience attempting a full marathon multiple times, but this is Park Si-eun's first attempt.

Jin Tae-hyun said, "I ran up to 18km during practice. I have never run 21km before." Park Si-eun added, "We have been doing a charity marathon together. I will run the marathon this time to help sick children, so it is meaningful that I am attempting the half marathon."

Jin Tae-hyun remarked, "The cold weather on the day of the run was a variable. I was more nervous since I had to take my wife along." Jin Tae-hyun adjusted his pace while running with Park Si-eun. He mentioned, "The Daegu marathon has many hills, making it a place athletes avoid."

Jin Tae-hyun said, "I need to block the headwind for my wife and also keep the rhythm going." Park Si-eun joked, "When I run with Tae-hyun, he talks a lot. I sometimes tell him to be quiet. There are times when I feel exhausted and irritable, so I often just listen without responding."

Lee Young-pyo also empathized, saying, "When we run, Tae-hyun talks a lot. You can just think of it as having the radio on," causing laughter among those present.

That day, Jin Tae-hyun and Park Si-eun completed the 21km half marathon in just 2 hours and 4 minutes, receiving congratulations from many. [Photo: captured from SBS's 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny']
