Singer Lee Chan-won donated 100 million won to support victims of the forest fire.

The Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association (Chairman Song Pil-ho) announced on the 25th that Lee Chan-won donated 100 million won to support victims of the forest fire in the Ulsan, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam regions.

A representative from the agency noted, "Lee Chan-won decided to donate after seeing reports related to the forest fire damage," adding, "Especially since the damage occurred in Uljin, his birthplace, he felt a stronger need to help, and he hopes that everyone will safely recover their daily lives and welcome a warm spring."

Earlier, Lee Chan-won also donated 100 million won through Hope Bridge during the flooding caused by heavy rains in 2023. Lee Chan-won has consistently practiced sharing during national disaster situations, continuing to build his sincere positive influence up to this support for the forest fire victims.

Shin Hoon, Secretary General of Hope Bridge, said, "We deeply appreciate Lee Chan-won's warm sharing," adding, "I hope that his precious kindness for his neighbors moves many people's hearts and leads to further acts of sharing."
