Throughout her career, Um Jung-hwa has showcased delicate expression and versatile acting skills in various works across genres, including the dramas "Our Blues," "Doctor Cha Jung-sook," and the films "Okay Madam," and "The Bright Lady." She has established herself as a leading actress in South Korea, effectively capturing both popularity and box office success. Additionally, she has displayed her versatility as an all-rounder legend, consistently excelling in fields such as acting, music, variety shows, stage performances, and commercials.
In particular, in "My Precious Star," she makes her return to the small screen as the titular character Cha Jung-sook, two years after her role in "Doctor Cha Jung-sook," anticipating an irreplaceable performance, thus exciting expectations for Um Jung-hwa's fresh romantic comedy activities.
