For Eagle Brothers, Choi Dae-cheol lost consciousness and collapsed.

In the 16th episode of KBS2's weekend drama 'For Eagle Brothers' (directed by Choi Sang-yeol and Lee Jin-ah / written by Koo Hyeon-sook / produced by DK E&M) aired on the 23rd, Han Dong-seok (played by Ahn Jae-wook) was shown apologizing to Ma Gwang-suk (played by Eom Ji-won).

That day, Ma Gwang-suk burst into laughter at Han Dong-seok, who misunderstood her as a gold digger. He explained, 'I laughed so much that I’m in tears. It's not something to laugh about; that person is the Director General of the post office I worked at before my marriage. I heard that the family came for a vacation after giving birth to her child, so I was just going to greet them on the way up.'

Then she said, 'When the liquor business was acquired, I needed funds, and the Director General lent me money knowing my circumstances. Is that okay? I don’t know why I have to explain such trivial matters, but anyway, I've explained everything, so whether you think I'm a gold digger or a water snake, it's up to you, Chairman,' and she left.

While returning by car, Ma Gwang-suk said, 'In my lifetime, I've seen everything. What do you think of people? If one is a chairman, then be a chairman. It's ridiculous to throw around terms like gold digger. The more I think about it, the angrier I get. I should have slapped them hard instead of dealing with the supplies and all that nonsense.'

Meanwhile, Ma Gwang-suk firmly told Park Sang-nam (played by Gong Jung-hwan), who visited her without notice, 'I clearly said I have no intention of remarrying. Please refrain from showing up unannounced; it's unpleasant.' However, Park Sang-nam replied, 'The more you react like this, the more challenge I feel. Since I was young, if someone told me not to do something, I wanted to do it even more. You’ve ignited a fire of challenge in this man, Park Sang-nam.'

After Park Sang-nam left, Gong Joo-sil (played by Park Jun-geum) pressured Ma Gwang-suk to remarry. Ma Gwang-suk declared, 'Don't say unnecessary things. There will be no further entanglement with Park Sang-nam, so our transaction is over.' To this, Gong Joo-sil replied, 'Who said I liked you? I say this out of pity for your life that will live as a widow for the rest of your life, mom.'

In response, Ma Gwang-suk retorted, 'Let’s not do this among widows. Instead of feeling sorry or pitiful, let's live strongly and confidently, okay?'

Han Dong-seok felt regret for misunderstanding Ma Gwang-suk as a gold digger. He called her a few days later, using the excuse that the final decision for the Eagle liquor business was made, and politely apologized, saying, 'I made a mistake yesterday. I will formally apologize. I will not make excuses. I am sorry.'

Ma Gwang-suk said, 'Since you are apologizing formally, I will accept your apology coolly,' and attempted to hang up. Han Dong-seok added, 'Hold on. I have good news,' informing her that the Eagle liquor business was chosen as the serving liquor. When Ma Gwang-suk did not respond as expected, a flustered Han Dong-seok hung up and grumbled, 'How rude. Why do I get a response like ‘that’s great’ when I’m deliberately calling to share good news?'

Meanwhile, Oh Cheon-soo (played by Choi Dae-cheol), who was notified of the divorce by his wife, was struggling. Eventually, he lost consciousness due to an overdose of sleeping pills and was later discovered and taken to the hospital.
