Actor Seo Kang-jun faces a once-in-a-lifetime crisis in 'Undercover High School.'
In episode 10 of the ongoing MBC Friday-Saturday drama 'Undercover High School' (written by Lim Young-bin, directed by Choi Jeong-in, abbreviated as 'Under School'), Jung Hae-sung's (Seo Kang-jun) tumultuous life in the National Intelligence Service is portrayed.
In episode 9, which aired on the 21st, Hae-sung and the National Intelligence Service's Domestic Team 4 worked together to uncover the academic misconduct case executed by math teacher Lee Joon-ho (played by Noh Jong-hyun), even revealing that Chairman Seo Myeong-joo (played by Kim Shin-rok) was behind it, providing a refreshing revelation. However, shortly thereafter, the visit from the scholarship officer and the sudden appearance of Myeong-joo and Park Jae-moon (played by Park Jin-woo) surprised everyone. In particular, the scene where Hae-sung and friends from the second-grade class 1 clean up and take a group photo raised the viewership to 9.1%, bringing smiles to viewers.
In today's episode (the 22nd), Hae-sung faces a series of misfortunes. While at school, Hae-sung is on the brink of expulsion, caught in a situation where he can't act one way or another. If Hae-sung leaves the school, he won't be able to find the whereabouts of the gold bullion, which is key to the operation.
Furthermore, the National Intelligence Service's Domestic Team 4 faces a search and seizure, and eventually, their Head of Team, Ahn Seok-ho (played by Jeon Bae-soo), is summoned. With sudden challenges arising, viewers wonder what solution Hae-sung will propose.
In the midst of all this, the tension between Hae-sung and Myeong-joo seems far from over. Myeong-joo, in particular, is noted to become increasingly malevolent as a result. As the gold bullion war unfolds with no clear end in sight, attention is drawn to who will ultimately prevail. It airs tonight at 9:50 p.m.
