On the 20th, the MBC entertainment program 'Finding Home!' aired an episode in which local Busan actor Lee Si-eon and Park Na-rae headed to Busan Metropolitan City for a local exploration.

The episode was themed 'Local Exploration - Busan Edition,' featuring a nationwide exploration tour with a local resident. The local exploration in Busan Metropolitan City allowed Busan-born actor Lee Si-eon to create very special memories with his close friend Park Na-rae.

The first destination for the two was 'Si-eon's grandmother's house' in Jwa-cheon-dong, Dong-gu, Busan. Jwa-cheon-dong is a neighborhood where refugees settled during the war, and Lee Si-eon's grandmother's house from his childhood still stood there. The house had been empty for several years due to the absence of his grandmother, but the household items remained, allowing for nostalgic memories.

The second destination was the 'first mixed-use APT.' in Jung-gu, Jungang-dong. Built in the 1970s, this APT. is famous as the filming location for the movie 'The Thieves.' The first to fifth floors were commercial spaces, and from the sixth to the eighth floors were residential areas, with a central plaza located on the sixth floor. Although the seemingly ordinary large living room had no windows, the kitchen overlooking the plaza and the efficient internal layout caught the eye.

The third destination was the 'oldest APT.' in Busan, located in Nampo-dong, Jung-gu. Completed in 1941, it was the oldest APT. in Busan and once served as a lodging for Japanese during the colonial period and later as a residence for members of the National Assembly. Recently, it has also become known as a popular photo spot for MZ generations.

The fourth destination was a public APT. located in Yeonsan-dong, Yeonje-gu. It is the best terrace-type public APT. in Busan, with only 40 out of a total of 2,038 households being terrace units. Completed in 1986, this place was designed in accordance with the hilly characteristics of Busan's terrain, featuring a stepped structure. It looked like a house with a spacious yard, but it was actually an APT. Above all, the bright living room leading to a grassy yard was eye-catching.

Lastly, the two explored the Beach Town APT. located in Namcheon-dong, Suyeong-gu. Completed in 1979, it is an APT. with a total of 3,060 units, situated right in front of a beautiful beach. Known as 'Busan's Eunma,' it is a luxurious hotel-type APT. in a traditional affluent area, where ocean views of Gwangalli beach could be appreciated from various spots inside the home. The interior, remodeled in 2002, showcased a sophisticated sense of design by the owner and boasted various ideas that evoked admiration.

Meanwhile, in 'Finding Global Homes,' which checks the global prices of various foreign homes, the second episode from Chiang Mai, Thailand, aired. MBC announcer Jeong Yeong-han embarked on a global exploration following last week's journey.

This global exploration drew attention as it ventured into the 'suburban' areas of Chiang Mai, Thailand, which is ideal for living comfortably post-retirement or while raising children. Jeong Yeong-han introduced condominium-type properties located in the Santitam area and moved to the 'Hangdong' area to provide various information on properties, including houses right in front of golf courses and homes near international schools suitable for Korean families.
