In today's broadcast of MBC's "Save Me! Homes" (directed by Jeong Da-hee, Kim Mun-seop, Seo In-ji, Heo Ja-yun, Kim Wan-chul, hereafter referred to as "Homes"), actors Lee Si-eon and Park Na-rae embark on a very special regional scouting trip to Busan.
This broadcast features a "regional scouting - Busan edition" where they embark on a nationwide scouting tour with locals. So far, "Homes" has garnered attention by visiting very special regional scouts with locals from various cities. This regional scout will be led by Busan's representative actor Lee Si-eon along with his close friend Park Na-rae.
The two are heading to Namcheon-dong in the Suyeong District of Busan. Upon arriving at the beach in Namcheon-dong, Park Na-rae perfectly impersonates the famous line from the movie "The War of Crime" by Choi Min-sik, saying, "You all live in Namcheon-dong, right?" Lee Si-eon guesses, "Namcheon-dong is divided into Districts 1 and 2; this is probably Namcheon District 2, and that one seems to have a lot of high-end dwellings in Namcheon District 1."
The apartment they will be scouting was constructed in 1979 and consists of 3,060 units, located right in front of the beautiful blue ocean. The apartment built on reclaimed land was neatly arranged and was referred to as the finest upscale apartment in Busan in the 1980s.
Once inside, the two are mesmerized by the modern and sophisticated interior. Park Na-rae notes, "The owner remodeled it in 2002, but it looks so stylish that I can't believe it." The two, enchanted by the natural marble floors, the minimalist design, and the open beach view, do not hold back their praises, heightening expectations regarding the listing.
Following that, the second part of the "Save Me! Global Homes" segment focusing on various foreign housing costs will be broadcasted. Last week, MBC anchor Jeong Young-han embarked on a global scouting trip to Chiang Mai, Thailand, which is called a sanctuary for digital nomads worldwide. There, he garnered attention by scoping out various accommodations suitable for long-term work vacations.
Jeong Young-han visits the "Hangdong" area, located 34 minutes by car from downtown Chiang Mai. Here, he introduces various types of dwellings suitable for families or for retirement living. Notably, a dwelling located right next to a golf course adds to the anticipation.
The Busan scouting trip with locals will be revealed tonight at 10 p.m. on MBC's "Save Me! Homes."
