Actress Han Ga-in shared her morning routine.

On the 20th, a video titled "The real side of Han Ga-in when disciplining her son (+morning cleansing method, skin care secrets)" was uploaded to the 'Freedom Woman Han Ga-in' channel.

That day, Han Ga-in went on a trip to a kids' pension with her two children. The next morning, Han Ga-in, who woke up early, said, "I’m a real morning person. I usually wake up at 6 a.m. The kids wake up at 6 a.m. too. It seems like they get up before 6:30 a.m."

When asked about her morning routine, she explained, "After I wake up, I wash my face. In the morning, I only clean my face with water. I wash up completely at night before sleeping, and since my skin tends to be somewhat dry, I don't use facial cleanser in the morning. I think it’s better to do as little as possible and stick to the basics. I apply toner and a basic cream, and at night I use a little bit of a functional line, while during the day, I just apply cream and a bit of BB cream. I also use sunscreen."

In particular, before having breakfast, Han Ga-in said, "Whenever I come to the kitchen before breakfast, I always eat it raw with olive oil. I started eating this because it’s said to be really good. It’s been a while since I began eating it, but since it has a slightly bitter taste, I drink a glass of water after eating it. It’s not strange. It’s delicious. It has a spicy taste. I love olive oil, so I have eaten raw foods in the past, but the more I eat them, the better I feel since the polyphenol content is high, and this has a very high polyphenol content."

She stated, "This is a premium line of olive oil that I drizzle on ice cream. It’s a limited line that produces only about 10,000 units a year. Eating this on an empty stomach gives a feeling of fullness, so I don’t overeat during breakfast."

She continued, "I also eat raw olives because I like olives. The first time I encountered olives was when we were young; there were not many olives back then. The first time I saw olives was the sliced black olives that were on pizza, but after encountering raw olives and eating the freshly pressed oil, I started to appreciate the original taste, and my children really love this too. They eat about 20 olives as snacks."
