Singer Park-gun, a former special forces member, confessed to a shocking health condition.

On the 19th, in the broadcast of TV Chosun's 'Perfect Life,' singer Park-gun appeared as a guest and shared his health status.

That day, Park-gun responded to the question, 'Are your abs still intact?' by saying, "A lot of muscle has died. Two years ago, I ruptured a ligament in my right shoulder and developed a herniated disc as well. I left it untreated, and it worsened too much."

Moreover, he noted, "Having served in the military for 15 years, the cartilage has worn down significantly. During my service, I had pain in my foot bones. I thought it was simple plantar fasciitis, but recently it hurt so much that I went to the hospital, and they said it was gout. It had been there since my time in the military, but I endured it while training without knowing."

This was not all. Park-gun said, "I have now turned 40. With many engagements, I drink often, and I have stress as well, leading to insomnia due to gastritis. Recently, the area around my temples has been very painful. When I went to the hospital, they said it was an early symptom of shingles. They indicated that it seems I have a lot of inflammation in my body, which is why I came in."

Meanwhile, the couple Han-young and Park-gun got married in April 2022, overcoming an age gap of 8 years. They have previously appeared on 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny' to showcase their newlywed life.
