The younger brother of Kim Sun, child actor from 'Reply 1988', has become the president of a science high school.

On the 20th, a recent photo of Kim Sun's brother, Kim Gyeom, was posted on Kim Sun's official Instagram, managed by their mother. Kim Gyeom, attending Incheon Science High School, ran for student council president citing "trust and ability." He is making a brilliant path just like his sister Kim Sun.

In fact, Kim Gyeom appeared on SBS' "Gifted and Talented" and was introduced as a "math genius." During that broadcast, Kim Gyeom, although in 5th grade, astonished viewers by mastering high school level mathematics and writing a math novel based on his understanding.

Meanwhile, born in 2011, Kim Sun appeared as the late-born youngest daughter of Sun Young's family in the tvN mega-hit 'Reply 1988', which ended in January 2016. At the age of 4, she gained great love for her role in 'Reply 1988'.

Since then, she has surprised many with her updates as a gifted student. Her mother shared a photo from the Education Office's gifted program graduation in February 2021, noting, "You've worked hard this past year. I'm proud and impressed that you've completed it without absence for a full 7 months after passing the test in March."

Recently, she has thrown her hat into the ring for a girl group audition. Kim Sun is competing in 'Under Fifteen', the world’s first project to discover K-POP prodigies under 15, an audition training a 5th generation girl group with talent and flair that defies age. It is set to air on MBN starting at the end of March.
