Group THE BOYZ member JUYEON and group IVE member RAY will serve as MCs for 'ASEA 2025.'

The second 'Asia Star Entertainer Awards 2025' (ASIA STAR ENTERTAINER AWARDS 2025, abbreviated as ASEA 2025), where music, stars, and fans come together, will be held in Tokyo, Japan on May 28 and 29, with JUYEON and RAY serving as MCs on the first day, March 19, the ASEA organizing committee officially announced.

It will be the first time JUYEON and RAY team up as MCs since their debut. Given that they are representatives of K-pop continuing to gain global popularity based on support from numerous music fans both domestically and internationally, they are expected to play a key role in a festival where K-pop stars gather.

JUYEON, who debuted in the music industry as a member of THE BOYZ in 2017, has taken the top spot in album and music broadcasts with multiple songs. With his outstanding performance abilities, he has been active as the center of the team and received fervent love from music fans worldwide. Recently, JUYEON, who transferred to ONE HUNDRED along with the other members, established a new musical identity by releasing the 3rd regular album 'Unexpected' on March 17. Prior to that, he proved his status as an irreplaceable fashion icon by attending the global fashion brand BALENCIAGA show in Paris, France, on the 9th.

RAY, who debuted with IVE in 2021, rose to global prominence by winning both the Rookie Award and Grand Award just a year after his debut. The pre-released song 'REBEL HEART' and title track 'ATTITUDE' from the mini-album 'IVE EMPATHY' released in February achieved perfect all-kill on the music charts, as well as five consecutive million-seller records and a total of 15 wins in music broadcasts, maintaining their dual long-run popularity. RAY has been establishing himself as a MZ wannabe icon, both initiating the 'Racing Guinea Pig' challenge and showcasing his diverse charms through the YouTube channel 'Try It If You Can.'

'ASEA' is an awards ceremony featuring top stars representing Asia, uniting with fans worldwide through music. The first 'ASEA,' held last April, generated excitement among music fans as leading artists such as Stray Kids, who won three awards including the Grand Award, as well as Tomorrow X Together, Day6, Treasure, SHINee's Taemin, and Creepy Nuts attended.

This year, 'ASEA 2025' will also feature numerous top-class K-POP artists and Asia's leading singers who have achieved significant results on the world stage over the past year, creating a spectacular performance.

'ASEA 2025' is hosted by South Korea's top entertainment and sports media 'NEWSEN,' which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, and the star and style magazine '@style,' which marks its 13th anniversary, while organized by the ASEA organizing committee.

'ASEA 2025' will sequentially announce information regarding the artist lineup, award categories, and evaluation criteria through its official website in the future.
