Singer Ko Jung-woo will remake the classic song by Na Hoon-ah.

Ko Jung-woo's new song "Palja" is a traditional trot song that reflects on the regrets of the past 10 years of his life, reinterpreting the original song released in 2018 by Na Hoon-ah with a modern sensibility. Ko Jung-woo showcases the characteristics of a traditional trot powerhouse with his refreshing and powerful vocal abilities, along with delicate emotional expressions and appeal.

This album was made possible through a connection with Jeong Gyeong-cheon, who composed the original song "Palja" and produced Ko Jung-woo's debut album. Ko Jung-woo plans to retain the deep resonance and emotion of Na Hoon-ah's original song while bringing his own interpretation to deliver a familiar yet fresh emotional experience.

Ko Jung-woo noted, "I am thrilled to sing a song by my deep respect Na Hoon-ah teacher, and I would like to thank composer Jeong Gyeong-cheon teacher for allowing me to reinterpret it in my own sensibility. While singing this song, I reflected deeply on the ups and downs of life and destiny, and I hope to deliver a different emotion as it is a song that has been loved by many."

Meanwhile, Ko Jung-woo's new song "Palja" will be released today (the 19th) at 6 p.m. on various online music platforms.
