Actors Jang Seo-hee and Lee Soo-kyung, who made their first appearance on "Solo Living," revealed their unexpected solo lives, attracting attention.

In the 11th episode of the SBS Plus-E Channel co-produced reality show "Solo Living," which aired on the 18th, Jang Seo-hee, the "queen of revenge dramas," and Lee Soo-kyung, the "innocent charm girl," warmly greeted MCs Shin Dong-yeob and Hwang Jung-eum, then candidly revealed their "unexpected" daily lives, providing fresh laughter and shock. "Solo Living" achieved impressive ratings by ranking first among entertainment programs in the same time slot for the target audience (ages 20-49). Additionally, Hwang Jung-eum ranked fourth in the recipient popularity category of non-drama participants in the TV-OTT integrated rankings announced by Good Data Corporation FUNdex for the first week of March, and also ranked fourth in the Wave entertainment TOP 20 and third in the search terms of Next Entertainment TV, drawing significant attention.

Lee Soo-kyung headed straight to the bathroom as soon as she woke up in bed. Unlike the morning routine of "solo sisters," which involves a face wash, Lee Soo-kyung shocked the studio by revealing her "morning hangover" along with the sound of retching. She admitted, "Actually, I drank a little last night, and I kept going back and forth between life and death." She then laughed, saying, "My nickname is Lee Soo-kyung (the one who drinks). Isn't that cute?" After ordering Pyongyang cold noodles to cure her hangover, Lee Soo-kyung proudly opened her wine cellar, looking at her "Big Five Château". The wine collection included a staggering 120 bottles and whiskeys worth tens of millions of won. Shin Dong-yeob, the "heartbroken brother,” exclaimed, "That's amazing!" Hwang Jung-eum also remarked, "You could run a bottle shop," but Lee Soo-kyung laughed and shook her head, saying, "I don’t think I could because I might drink it all myself."

Soon, Lee Soo-kyung relieved her remaining hangover with aroma therapy. Everyone was impressed by her expert-level equipment and extensive aroma knowledge, to which Lee Soo-kyung responded, "I studied aroma therapy and have a certification." She shared, "I learned aroma therapy because I suffered from an unknown skin disease in the past. The skin disease was so severe that I couldn't hide it with makeup and couldn't appear in front of the camera. I developed depression and social anxiety, and I worried about how I would survive if I couldn't act, so I earned various certifications." Reflecting on her four-year hiatus, Lee Soo-kyung stated she found peace of mind, saying, "It took two years for my skin to fully heal, and perhaps that tough time was necessary for me."

Meanwhile, as evening fell, Lee Soo-kyung suggested an impromptu drinking get-together to her acquaintances in the quiet ambiance of her home. However, when everyone declined, she revealed, "I just wanted to have a drink, but I feel so lonely today." After much effort, she managed to set up a meeting and left her house with renewed excitement, ignoring chores like recycling. Lee Soo-kyung's unexpected daily life and innocent charm consistently filled the atmosphere with laughter as Jang Seo-hee, known as "the big spender at temples," began her day at Naksansa Temple in Gangwon Province.

Jang Seo-hee shared, "I often come to Yangyang and Sokcho in Gangwon Province because they bring good energy," as she earnestly performed 108 bows at Naksansa Temple. She then explained, "I came to the temple to pass through this year without incident, as it is a year of misfortune," revealing that she had performed "3,000 bows" over a decade. Jang Seo-hee recounted, "I took on my first leading role in the drama 'Mermaid' but felt anxious, so I sought a monk's guidance. The monk recommended I perform 3,000 bows, and I prayed for nine hours. Afterwards, 'Mermaid' was a huge hit. Since then, I’ve been doing 3,000 bows every year for the past 10 years." However, she added humorously, "I took a break because it was hard, but it seemed like things weren't going well, so I started 3,000 bows again last year."

After completing the 108 bows, Jang Seo-hee, living up to her title as "big spender at temples (?)," wished for a safe passage through her misfortune and lit a candle while inscribing her wish on a tile. After praying, Jang Seo-hee exited the temple with a refreshed spirit and headed to the beach where she filmed the drama "Temptation of Wife," reminiscing about the past. Then, she suddenly reenacted a famous scene from the drama by marking her face with a "Min So-hee dot." As Shin Dong-yeob and Hwang Jung-eum burst into laughter, Jang Seo-hee humorously commented, "Misfortune, fly away. (Since I marked my face) you won't even recognize me!"

Shortly after, Jang Seo-hee invited her close junior actor Kim Gi-doo to enjoy a "red crab eating show." During the meal, he engaged in various conversations, saying, "Fortunately, I've had good fortune, receiving ‘Grand Awards’ from MBC and SBS for 'Mermaid' and 'Temptation of Wife.' My dream is to win one from KBS too." Additionally, he expressed his desire to meet a good match and urged her to set him up on a blind date. When Kim Gi-doo asked about her ideal type, she responded, "Someone who enjoys horror movies and experiencing haunted houses," catching him off guard.

Jang Seo-hee sincerely remarked, "There's no one to experience haunted houses with me, as I enjoy the thrill of horror films." Even after returning to her accommodation in Sokcho, she drank beer in the dark while watching horror content, bringing therapy to herself. Watching her, Shin Dong-yeob said, "I hope a haunted house experience YouTuber would contact Jang Seo-hee." This request brought laughter until the very end.
