Singer and actor Kim Do-yeon successfully wrapped up the play "Anna X" and shared her heartfelt closing remarks.

On the 15th, Kim Do-yeon completed the final performance of the play "Anna X" at LG Arts Center Seoul, U+Stage. Immersing herself in her character "Anna," Kim Do-yeon passionately captivated the audience until the very end. The audience, who watched the performance, applauded and cheered for her outstanding performance.

The play "Anna X," based on the true story of the real person "Anna Sorokin" known in Korea through the Netflix series "Inventing Anna," adapts the fraud scandal that shook New York's social scene to the stage, where Kim Do-yeon met the audience as the protagonist "Anna."

Having wrapped up the three-month journey of the play "Anna X" that began in January, Kim Do-yeon, despite being her first challenge in theater, created her own "Anna" as the performances progressed, delivering a highly satisfying show to the audience each time.

After the final performance of "Anna X," Kim Do-yeon, through her agency Fantagio, noted, "The play 'Anna X' has come to an end. I feel a sense of loss thinking that I can no longer roam the stage as 'Anna,' but the time spent will remain as unforgettable memories for me." She added, "I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the staff and actors who put their heads together, worried, and worked hard. Above all, I want to thank all the audience members who came to see 'Anna X.' I was happy to be able to be Anna. Do-yeon Ahn is bowing out. Goodbye!"

Kim Do-yeon particularly heightened the audience's immersion with her long lines as "Anna" in the two-person play, where only two actors deliver lines without a break for 100 minutes, showcasing distinct performances that clearly differentiate her from another character, along with her sharp diction and unique atmosphere. Moreover, she conveyed various emotions and expressions, including the fear, tentativeness, and crazed determination to achieve her goals that Anna experiences, leaving a deep impression and completing her own version of "Anna," which was enough to elicit admiration from the audience.

Despite her first debut in a play and the fact that it was a two-person performance, Kim Do-yeon showcased a passionate performance that filled the stage. Beyond the screen and television, she has actively expressed her passion for acting across various fields and genres, including photo shoots and YouTube, raising expectations for Kim Do-yeon's future activities.
