(Following interview ①) Actor Kang Ha-neul shared his feelings about the title 'manufacturer of good stories.'
On the 18th, an interview with actor Kang Ha-neul for the movie 'Streaming' was held at a café in Jongno-gu, Seoul.
Since his debut, Kang Ha-neul has been referred to as the 'manufacturer of good stories' and has shown positive influence without any major controversies. In this work, he transformed perfectly into the streamer 'Woo-sang' of a crime channel, which ranks first in subscriber numbers on the streaming platform 'Waegu,' where only the top rank receives all the sponsorship funds, while also revealing his inner thoughts related to his usual good image.
On that day, Kang Ha-neul revealed that to portray 'Woo-sang,' he referenced people he usually dislikes, saying, "It's not that I thought of anyone specifically; there are no such people around me. The type of people I wouldn't want to get close to are those who speak first, love to show off outwardly but lack substance. When I see people shrouded in lies and pretentiousness, I think, 'Ah, yes.' I think about what kind of people I truly don't want to be close to."
In particular, when asked, 'Does Kang Ha-neul swear regularly?' he emphasized, "I do. I'm not that nice," provoking laughter.
He continued, "I'm not trying to live nicely; I'm trying to live fun. If there is something that makes me frown, it's sad, right? It's nice when we all meet and have fun together. Even when I go to a set, since we gather our time together, it's better to shoot while laughing. I'm just trying to make it interesting, not to live nicely."
He also specifically described his 'aversion' type of person, saying, "Rudeness. For example, if someone has a disrespectful attitude towards delivery workers or similar individuals, I tend to think, 'Go back and greet them properly.' There are also juniors who are rude. So I have scolded them a lot during school. I can overlook plain rudeness because they're just that kind of person. But sometimes, when rudeness slips out without them realizing it, I tell them. I'm an old-timer, indeed," he joked, drawing attention.
