Actor Jung Hae-kyun has appeared at the protest demanding the impeachment of President Yoon Suk-yeol.
On the 18th, the Seoul Voice side released an interview with actor Jung Hae-kyun, who visited the protest demanding the impeachment of President Yoon Suk-yeol, which took place at 2 a.m. in Gwanghwamun, Jongno District, through their official social media.
Jung Hae-kyun said, "I came to the Gwanghwamun gathering today, participated in the candlelight rally, had a drink with my junior and beloved younger sibling after the rally, and I came again because I wanted to see Gwanghwamun."
He added, "I love soccer very much, and I love baseball very much. But I haven't been able to watch the highlights of Tottenham's Son Heung-min since after December 3. As a fan of Hanwha Eagles for over 10 years, I can't even watch during the exhibition games."
He emphasized, "If this is not resolved, I don't think I will be able to watch. If I have hopes and dreams, putting aside all political discussions, I want Yoon Suk-yeol to be impeached and for the Constitutional Court to affirm it so that I can return to my daily life. I want to watch Son Heung-min's highlights and Hanwha Eagles' highlights. I hope such a daily life is given to me."
He continued, "I want to fight for my daily life. I want to fight for that peace and those values. I hope that May, June, and July of 2026 and 2027 will be times when everyone returns to their daily lives. Let's fight until the end."
Meanwhile, Jung Hae-kyun recently gained attention for his role as 'Han-moo,' the uncle of Ae-sun (played by Lee Ji-eun), in the recently released "When Life Gives You Tangerines."
