Seven-member rookie boy group Newbeat (NEWBEAT) will meet global fans through a global debut show.
Newbeat (Park Min-seok, Hong Min-seong, Jeon Yeo-yeong, Choi Seo-hyun, Kim Tae-yang, Jo Yoon-hoo, Kim Ri-woo) plans to reach out to global fans through the 'Newbeat Debut Show Drop the NEWBEAT,' which will be broadcast simultaneously on March 24 at 8 p.m. on Mnet and the M2 YouTube channel.
Newbeat will first unveil its debut show, featuring the title track 'Flip the Coin' from its first studio album 'RAW AND RAD' along with pre-release tracks 'JeLLo' and 'HICCUPS.' It is expected to leave a strong first impression on K-POP fans worldwide with music filled with Newbeat's Gen Z sentiment and unique worldview.
There will also be a variety of segments designed to captivate global fans. From a 'JeLLo' search race to a peculiar interview that surprised the members, entertainment segments showcasing the unique charms of the seven members are set to heighten curiosity. The teaser video released today (18th) contains a short yet powerful preview, amplifying anticipation for Newbeat's debut.
Newbeat is a seven-member boy group launched by Beat Interactive, which includes Park Min-seok, a contestant from Mnet's 'Boys Planet,' and Jeon Yeo-yeong, who is from the group TO1. They have built a global fandom through domestic and international busking tours even before their debut.
The 'Newbeat Debut Show Drop the NEWBEAT' will be broadcast globally at 8 p.m. on March 24 through Mnet and the M2 YouTube channel.
