Hwang Seong-jae talked about divorce predictions on 'Are You Grown Up Yet?'
In the episode aired on the 15th of MBC every1 MBN 'Are You Grown Up Yet?', Park Hae-mi and her son Hwang Seong-jae were depicted going to read their fortune as they welcomed 2025.
The fortune teller looked at Hwang Seong-jae's fortune and explained, "Mr. Seong-jae can be seen as a jewel born in late autumn. It can also be viewed through the energy of metal. There should be a character that washes gold once in a while, but there isn’t. There is no water. There is no flexibility."
The fortune teller then explained the situations that would arise between the two, and Park Hae-mi empathized, saying, "It's very difficult. Listen to me."
The fortune teller mentioned that Hwang Seong-jae's prime time would come at age 33. He said, "If the fortune was concealed underground, from the age of 33, it will continue to get better as he comes out into the world," and Hwang Seong-jae positively responded, "Having a good old age is the best fortune."
In particular, Hwang Seong-jae was noted to have good fortune in wealth and also in marriage. However, divorce predictions caught attention. The fortune teller said, "A slightly disappointing aspect is that the starting point of the nose is low, indicating a couple's divorce," and Park Hae-mi expressed surprise, saying, "So, there are divorce predictions."
Then, Hwang Seong-jae confessed, "But they also say I will get divorced twice just like my mom," and asked, "Earlier, you mentioned that later a good woman will come, will I divorce that woman?" The fortune teller replied, "Not exactly. The divorce predictions are in the 30s. It should happen at 40," to which Hwang Seong-jae sighed, saying, "So, if it happens quickly, there will be an accident?" and wondered, "Do I have to get married at 40 and have kids?"
Afterward, upon hearing that her son’s fortune included divorce predictions and that there was a lack of water, Park Hae-mi immediately tried to order octopus when they entered the house. However, Hwang Seong-jae refused, saying he disliked seafood, and when the octopus delivery fell through, Park Hae-mi moved a blue massage chair into Hwang Seong-jae’s room.
Eventually, the son was shown adhering sea stickers to his window, which evoked laughter. Hwang Seong-jae remarked, "My room has been devastated. It's a terrible hybrid," and said, "I guess I will just give up and live like this."
