That day, Choo Sung-hoon, who joined as a special member in place of Kim Dong-hyun, revealed his reason for appearing, saying, "Dong-hyun should originally be here, but due to scheduling, I can only appear in one episode. In contrast, Cha Tae-hyun fell to the status of team selection's number one avoided candidate, remaining until the very end. After losing the final rock-paper-scissors match, Choo Sung-hoon, who formed a team with Cha Tae-hyun, put his arm around Cha Tae-hyun and said, "You need to eat a bit this time," putting pressure on him. Eventually, Cha Tae-hyun promised, "I will try to eat diligently."
Meanwhile, the production team introduced the Gangwon-do Noodle Road race and explained the changed rules. This time, after eating a representative noodle dish from each region, participants must solve a quiz to earn exercise credits for an additional mission.
Choo Sung-hoon declined the exercise, saying, "You shouldn't exercise right after eating," and Oh Sang-wook agreed, stating, "Absolutely not." Eventually, Choo Sung-hoon stated, "You should digest for 1-2 hours before exercising," to which Cha Tae-hyun laughed and responded, "Then we will lose."
