The Gaseyeon group alleged that Kim Soo-hyun has been in a relationship with Kim Sae-ron since she was a minor and raised suspicions of 'grooming crimes'. Additionally, it claimed that Kim Soo-hyun's agency, Gold Medalist, pressured Kim Sae-ron by sending a legal notice regarding a compensation amount of 700 million won and that Kim Soo-hyun ignored this.
However, on the morning of the same day, Gold Medalist released an urgent statement asserting that Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Sae-ron were in a relationship from the summer of 2019, when Kim Sae-ron was an adult, until the fall of 2020, denying the related allegations.
