Singer Jung Joon-il admired actor Park Bo-gum's visuals.

On 11th, the first recording of KBS2 'The Seasons - Park Bo-gum's Cantabile' (hereinafter referred to as Park Bo-gum's Cantabile) took place at KBS in Yeouido, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

'The Seasons' is a music talk show that introduces a unique approach titled 'annual project' for the first time in KBS's late-night music program, continuing for a total of four seasons throughout the year 2023 with four MCs each handling a season named after themselves. Starting with 'Jay Park's Drive' in February 2023, it has transitioned through 'Choi Jung-hoon's Night Park', 'AKMU's Onnalobam', 'Lee Hyori's Red Carpet', 'Zico's Artist', and 'Lee Young-ji's Rainbow'. With its seventh season, 'The Seasons' has invited actor Park Bo-gum as the MC. This program is the first to try a change with an actor as the MC, and deep music talks are expected under the title 'Park Bo-gum's Cantabile.'

Following No Young-sim and Sun Woo-jung-a, as well as 'Love in the Moonlight' Kim Yoo-jung, Jinyoung, and Kwak Dong-yeon, the third guest of the first broadcast of 'Park Bo-gum's Cantabile' was singer Jung Joon-il. Jung Joon-il captivated the audience with his passionate rendition of 'Hold Me' accompanied by a piano performance.

After finishing the stage, Jung Joon-il noted, 'Hold Me' is my first solo title track, and I'm grateful that many people continue to sing it like a classic song even after all this time.

Park Bo-gum also sang 'Hold Me' to Jung Joon-il's piano accompaniment. Regarding Park Bo-gum's singing, Jung Joon-il remarked, 'While playing, I was looking at Park Bo-gum and thought, should I just say let’s go with this song?' Notably, he commented on his first impression of Park Bo-gum, saying, 'He is such a pure person. I hope he lives a happy and beautiful life. I will support his future from the bottom of my heart.'

Still, Park Bo-gum remarked, 'It's burdensome to be in a two-shot with Park Bo-gum. When I came on 'You Hee-yeol's Sketchbook,' I felt like I was like a general, but now I just want to go home quickly. I have seen many celebrities on TV, and I felt Park Bo-gum was handsome, but I didn't know he was this good-looking.' To this, Park Bo-gum shyly replied, 'No.' Jung Joon-il then joked, 'Didn’t you think I looked great?' causing laughter.
