The group Stray Kids is set to showcase another charm from their boundless musical world with their new digital single 'Mixtape: dominATE' as they celebrate their 7th anniversary.
Stray Kids will release their first work of 2025, 'Mixtape: dominATE,' on the 21st at 1 p.m. (midnight Eastern Standard Time). Ahead of this, JYP Entertainment revealed the new album tracklist and online cover on their official SNS channel at 11 p.m. on the 12th.
The images convey a mysterious and intense energy with a mix of various colors. Graphic icons visually represent specific elements of each track, while logos in different font types evoke curiosity about the atmosphere and genre of the total five tracks included in this digital single.
'Mixtape: dominATE' features the title track 'GIANT (Korean Ver.)' leading the way, along with 'Burnin’ Tires (Changbin & I.N),' 'Truman (Han & Felix),' 'ESCAPE (Bangchan & Hyunjin),' and 'CINEMA (Seungmin & Rino).'
The Korean version of the title track 'GIANT' from the second full album 'GIANT', which was released in Japan last November and topped local major album rankings, is welcomed, while unit songs with new member combinations catch the eye. Changbin & I.N will bring together powerful rap and sweet vocals, Han & Felix will showcase a rap style with intense differences in voice pitches not seen before, and Bangchan & Hyunjin will highlight a more mature and stylish mood following the track 'Obsessed (Bangchan, Hyunjin)' from the full album 'NOEASY.' The combination of sweet vocals from Seungmin & Rino, along with their upgraded vocalist appeal, raises expectations for the fresh musical synergy created by each unit.
In particular, Stray Kids will embark on a world tour 'Stray Kids World Tour' starting at the end of March, covering a total of 34 large-scale stadium performances across 22 regions in Latin America, North America, Japan, and Europe.
