The group ZEROBASEONE won a trophy at a prestigious awards ceremony in Japan.
ZEROBASEONE (Seong Han-bin, Kim Ji-woong, Zhang Hao, Seok Matthew, Kim Tae-rae, Ricky, Kim Kyu-bin, Park Geon-wook, Han Yujin) was selected as the winner of the 'Best New Artist' in the Asia category announced by the 39th Japan Gold Disc Daesang today (12th).

Celebrating its 39th year this year, the 'Japan Gold Disc Daesang' is an awards ceremony organized by the Recording Industry Association of Japan. It selects winners for each category based on objective data such as sales performance to recognize artists and works that have contributed to the development of the music industry over the year.
Recently, ZEROBASEONE has entered the box office hit trajectory with their Japanese EP debut 'PREZENT' and domestic mini album 5 'BLUE PARADISE,' enjoying a syndrome-level popularity in the local market. In particular, ZEROBASEONE topped both the Oricon Weekly Album Ranking and the Weekly Combined Album Ranking with 'PREZENT' and 'BLUE PARADISE.' In 2025, they are the only artists to achieve No. 1 on the Oricon weekly chart with two consecutive albums.
