The large-scale global project 'Debut's Plan' presented by Starship has revealed a variety of spectacles.
Starship announced on the official channel of 'Debut's Plan' on the 11th that they would release the 'EP.0
'Debut's Plan,' a large-scale global project that Starship has ambitiously prepared, is generating buzz daily as members who will advance to the final debut evaluation will be determined through voting according to five plans. In this process, key members equipped with comprehensive production know-how, formed by Starship specifically for new kids, will select the final members.
The solid project structure of 'Debut's Plan,' which allows K-pop fans to directly select the debut members, was previewed in the EP.0 pre-release video, amplifying expectations. This EP.0 pre-release video teased the intense efforts of 33 Starship trainees racing to join the debut preparation team of this year's boy group over a total of 77 hours from Sept. 2 to 5 last year.
The new kids, who made their first appearance in a special space prepared solely for 'Debut's Plan,' engaged in a fierce psychological battle by glancing at a ranking board showing their rankings from 1 to 33, which heated the atmosphere from the start.
From beginners who have been training for less than a year to seniors who have been honing their skills for several years, the diverse stories of the 33 new kids unfolded like a panorama. The warm faces and various charms of the 33 individuals challenging to become members of the new boy group debuting this year raised K-pop fans' expectations dramatically.
Above all, the new kids faced their last monthly evaluation to enter the debut preparation team in just 77 hours, and they were tasked with completing the THEME SONG 'ImPerfect' stage, heightening curiosity about the project's outcome. Emotions ranging from joy to tears from the new kids are expected to swirl during the mission performance, creating anticipation for the stages they will present in the future.
At the end of the EP.0 pre-release video, surprise appearances by K-pop star makers, who will help enhance the new kids' skills, were teased to keep viewers engaged until the last moment. 'Luxury vocalist' K.will appeared as a key member of Starship, along with Shownu of MONSTA X, who exemplifies 'the performance that you can trust, see, and hear,' and Eunjeong of WJSN, known for her 'sweet voice,' along with popular K-pop choreographer Choi Young-jun, participating as skillful trainers to assist in the monthly evaluation, continuing to draw attention to the changes and growth of the new kids.
The previously pre-released performance video of 'Balla,' part of Plan 5 content, surpassed 1 million views right after its opening, showing explosive popularity for 'Debut's Plan,' which will be first released on March 14 at 9:30 p.m. on the YouTube channel 'New Kids on Starship' with subtitles in four languages, and the first voting will take place that night from 10 p.m.
