Actor Sunwoo Jae-deok finds himself in a thorough relationship of superior and subordinate with Son Chang-min in "Jukmagowoo."
The new daily drama "Grab the Great Fortune" on KBS 1TV, set to premiere in April, depicts the dramatic and frugal growth of three friends—those with money, those without money, and those who want to have money—and their families.
Sunwoo Jae-deok plays the role of Kim Dae-sik, the owner of Dae-bak Chicken, who was once a rival of Muchul but now lives in his building as a tenant. Known for his handsome appearance, he was once the center of attention for many women and is now living off past glories as "Mr. Kim Latte." Despite his financial struggles, he is a devoted family man dedicated to his loving wife and children. However, he finds himself on the brink of bankruptcy when Muchul suddenly threatens to raise the deposit.
The stills released today (12th) capture the diverse appearance of Sunwoo Jae-deok, transformed into the owner of Dae-bak Chicken. Dae-sik, wearing a helmet and heading somewhere, presents such a good-natured impression that it warms the hearts of those who see him.
Meanwhile, Dae-sik, who visits the bank to inquire about loans, appears to be lost in deep thought as he gazes at the bank clerk. His struggle to secure a deposit on his own conveys the sense of responsibility and weight that comes with being a K-father.
In a situation where Dae-sik faces bankruptcy due to the misconduct of Muchul, a malicious landlord and former friend, his life takes a complete turn with a single sheet of paper presented by Muchul instead of a commission fee. It remains to be seen whether Dae-sik will seize this fortunate opportunity, and changes are expected in their relationship, which draws attention to the chemistry between Sunwoo Jae-deok and Son Chang-min as they navigate their roles.
Meanwhile, the new daily drama "Grab the Great Fortune," featuring the recognized directorial skills of Park Man-young, the robust writing of Son Ji-hye, and talented actors, is set to premiere in April as a follow-up to "Let's Get Married, Maeng-gong!"
