NMIXX is making an exciting description of their universe one week ahead of their comeback.
NMIXX will release their new album 'Fe3O4: FORWARD' and the title track 'KNOW ABOUT ME' on the 17th. They will wrap up the 'Fe3O4' album series with this new release, which connects their second mini album 'Fe3O4: BREAK' and mini album 3 'Fe3O4: STICK OUT'.
JYP Entertainment drew attention by releasing a commentary video titled 'The Journey of Fe3O4' about the 'Fe3O4' series on their official social media channel at midnight on the 10th. Lily, Haewon, Seolyoon, Bae, Jiwoo, and Gyujin gathered on an online meeting platform and shared various stories about the story content of NMIXX, who have remained in the real world called 'FIELD' within the universe leading to Mixtopia.
The video began with the statement, "We are here to explain our universe and answer the questions you've been curious about." It raised interest by conveying the meanings of the album name, derived from 'Fe3O4', one of the chemical symbols of magnetic materials, as well as the intentions behind the scenes from the music videos of the title tracks 'DASH' and 'See that?'.
In particular, they clearly explained, "'BREAK' aims to break biases and misunderstandings, and we wanted that message of NMIXX's will toward freedom to be well conveyed," and, "In 'STICK OUT,' we showed a strong and solid image of us continuously fighting against any fears or limits without any actions fitting into a mold," soothing the fans' curiosity.
At the end of the video, they previewed, "Through this new album, we will show a different relaxed and mature charm compared to our previous brave appearance," and urged, "This time, we have newly completed the ship 'MMU' to go to Mixtopia, and we will definitely succeed in the journey we have long wished for, so please look forward to it."
NMIXX is set to make a comeback with their new release and title track 'KNOW ABOUT ME' at 6 p.m. on the 17th, continuing their activities as a 'hexagonal girl group'.
