We hope you’ll pray for the deceased to rest in peace," and added, "We kindly ask that unverified rumors and speculative reports be refrained from for the bereaved family, who are in great shock and grief. Once again, we offer our deep condolences as Wheesung embarks on his final journey."
In particular, Wheesung suddenly passed away just five days before a joint concert with fellow singer KCM, leaving fans in a state of greater shock, and details regarding the funeral and memorial have not yet been determined. The agency added, "We will provide separate guidance regarding funeral arrangements."
Meanwhile, a police official stated regarding Wheesung's death, "There are no signs of external intrusion or criminal suspicion confirmed yet," adding, "Wheesung has not yet been transported to the hospital. The cause of death is under investigation."
