On the last gathering day of OMANCHO Season 1, Ji Sang-ryeol, seeing Woo Hee-jin grilling meat, said, "You look delicate, but surprisingly strong." To this, Woo Hee-jin joked, saying, "I’m not delicate, so I wasn’t nervous," but when the responses around them were lukewarm, Ji Sang-ryeol burst into laughter, saying, "Isn’t this funny? Even usually, Ji Sang-ryeol consistently showed his kindness towards Woo Hee-jin, but during the final selection, he mentioned, "I didn’t want to show a heart that wasn’t ready," and didn’t light the candle of their connection.

Recalling that time, Woo Hee-jin said, "I had my own conflicts in my heart then too. I couldn’t decide. So on purpose, I didn’t meet Ji Sang-ryeol’s eyes during the final selection. When the topic of Ji Sang-ryeol's selection came up, Kim Sook playfully asked, "Were you joking around?" and Ji Sang-ryeol honestly replied that the selection was "genuine." Hearing this, Woo Hee-jin also answered, "Me too," showing that their feelings for each other at that time were not in vain.

Afterward, the two found an excuse of their schedules to have a conversation just between the two of them. Giving up the final after-choice, Ji Sang-ryeol expressed regret over their short two-day relationship trip, saying, "With this member?" hinting at his hope for a reunion with Woo Hee-jin.

Kim Sook, who composed OMANCHO Season 1, also mentioned that if they were to make Season 2, she would join as a selection member and recruit Song Eun-yi, leaving the possibility for OMANCHO Season 2 open.
