Today (Mar. 9), the 145th episode of 'Bad Ears' features boss Shin Jong-chul and Sunwoo Yong-yeo, who have a mother-son-like relationship, along with Lee Kyung-sil, as they evaluate the new menu for March. Sunwoo Yong-yeo introduces Shin as "my son" and says, "I've known him for over 10 years. He feels like my son," and then adds, "But now, he should get married," capturing everyone's attention. Surprised by the unexpected personal revelation, Shin Jong-chul states, "I'm actually a 20-year divorcee. The older ladies all tell me to get married whenever they see me," confessing his divorce experience for the first time on the show.
Sunwoo Yong-yeo, who was gazing at Shin Jong-chul, says, "You should find a woman too," and adds, "What I'm most worried about right now is Shin Jong-chul's marriage," before asking, "How about a woman like Kyung-sil?" causing laughter. Sunwoo Yong-yeo remarks, "Kyung-sil has the style of a first daughter-in-law. Shin Jong-chul is the eldest son and a devoted child," leaving it unclear whether she intends to encourage or discourage marriage, bringing more laughter. She further testifies, "I've tried introducing him a few times before, but it didn't work out," adding emphasis to her claim.
Next, boss Shin Jong-chul honestly confesses that his ideal type used to be Yoo Ho-jung but now it's Jo Yeo-jung, stating, "I like a cute style." Meanwhile, Lee Soon-sil, who was quietly listening, adds, "Women from the South do well with men from the North," and causes surprise by saying, "If I were alone, I would live with Chef Shin," shocking Shin Jong-chul. Following that, Kim Sook also chimes in, "Chef Shin is the best potential groom," which reportedly makes Shin Jong-chul's face turn red.
Will boss Shin Jong-chul gain the powerful support of Sunwoo Yong-yeo and Lee Kyung-sil and break free from being a divorcee? The preparation process for the groom Shin Jong-chul's cuisine for March will be revealed through the main broadcast of 'Bad Ears.'
Meanwhile, KBS 2TV 'Boss's ears are donkey ears' airs every Sunday at 4:40 p.m.
