YouTuber Seumdeum Shim started her day with a 10km marathon.
In the MBC variety show 'Whole Viewpoint', which aired on the 8th, YouTuber Seumdeum Shim appeared. The manager noted, "I am happy living as Seumdeum's husband. We exercise together every day, and I have become healthier by meeting Seumdeum," adding, "I do laundry 3 to 4 times a day. The laundry or clothing ratio is also 9 for Seumdeum."

Seumdeum asked, "Haven't you been running every day until today?" While lightly jogging, Seumdeum continued chatting. Shawn casually responded, "I've run 240km until today." Seumdeum then said, "Honestly, my life is tough, but I think Shawn's life is five times tougher," to which Shawn replied, "It's only tough if I lose 3 to 4 toenails while running."
Seumdeum remarked, "It's much better to run together," adding, "When I run with Shawn and Koh Han-min, I don't look at the watch. They take care of the pace for me," showing off the presence of marathoner and runner Shawn.
