"I'm grown up, but I won't go out" actor Park Hae-mi encouraged her son Hwang Seong-jae to be independent.

In the episode aired on the 8th of MBC every1 MBN's "I'm grown up, but I won't go out," it depicted Hwang Seong-jae leaving for camping to spend a warm time with his father and mother, as Ji-jo declared a mohair replacement instead of a new window frame for them.

Ji-jo said, "Dad makes the living room his main activity stage. But it seems there might be a bit of a draft here," while inspecting various places in the house. When his parents asked, "Are you replacing the window frame?" Ji-jo replied, "Changing the window frame is too burdensome for us. And isn't Dad our breadwinner? You earn the most, right?" displaying a bit of charm.

Mohair, which blocks gaps in window frames to provide insulation and soundproofing, needs to be replaced every 10 years. Ji-jo made a point about this, stating, "It would be good to replace the window frame, but it's expensive. There are benefits from replacing the mohair. You can buy it for 20,000 to 30,000 won at the hardware store" and added, "It reduces heat loss, and it would be nice if my parents could stay a bit warmer. To get maximum effect for minimum cost, replacing the mohair is the way to go."

With Ji-jo taking the lead and his father actively participating, the mohair replacement was completed. Ji-jo expressed, "I started this to make my parents warm, and since they are happy, I've become happier," feeling pleased. However, his parents revealed their true thoughts, saying, "Replacing the window frame is much better," and "There are many good new frames out nowadays," bringing smiles.

Hwang Seong-jae went camping with his mother, Park Hae-mi. It was their first camping trip. Park Hae-mi noted, "I had a grand fantasy about camping. I had a dream-like fantasy about being with someone I love, but on a day like today, we should not go out," viewing the freezing cold weather, with a perceived temperature of -20 degrees, negatively.

The extreme weather made it difficult to set up the tent. Ha-ha commented, "When I traveled with my parents, such comments are absolutely forbidden. It's a waste of money, why do you have to wait in line to eat? This kind of talk is absolutely prohibited," addressing Park Hae-mi's complaints. In response, Hwang Seong-jae said, "Instead of today, phrases like 'Why are we doing this?' are off-limits," and added, "No comments such as 'Did you buy this again? How much did it cost?'" He firmly advised Park Hae-mi to refrain from looking at her phone as much as possible once they got out of the car.

However, Park Hae-mi was unperturbed. She grabbed Hwang Seong-jae by the collar after spending a fortune on the tent and even slapped him. Park Hae-mi complained, "You better not buy anymore products related to camping, just try it, okay? Why don't you put your passion into something else? I’m completely dissatisfied with this."

Hwang Seong-jae started cooking for Park Hae-mi, who was enduring the harsh weather. As he revealed a perfectly matched dish of pork belly and ramen, Park Hae-mi became excited.

Hwang Seong-jae brought up a topic about himself with Park Hae-mi. He said, "The way you talk to me makes me feel rushed. When my brother came, he mentioned that my skills were mediocre, and I do acknowledge that. But the way you talk to me is like a vaccination, and I find it frightening as an act of self-defense."

In response, Park Hae-mi noted, "Watching you today makes me think that you are ready to be independent, not just a kangaroo. It’s sad, but I feel like I’ll have to let my son go someday."
