The news of actor Kim Kwang-kyu's surgery was revealed late.

Yoo Jae-suk was surprised to see Kim Kwang-kyu appear holding a large cushion and asked, "Hyung, are you selling something?" Kim Kwang-kyu replied, "I brought a cushion," and when asked, "Why did you bring it here?" he said, "I only use my own."

Kim Kwang-kyu, who developed hemorrhoids during winter training in the military, said, "It hurts a lot. The first couple of weeks were really tough. I couldn't eat." When Yoo Jae-suk asked, "Is it okay to go to the bathroom?" he responded, "It's fine."
Yoo Jae-suk explained why he burst into laughter, saying, "There are quite a few people surrounding me who are having surgery for anal diseases. But what made me laugh was that now I understand why my hyung was like that. I was wondering if I should call him, but they (the agency) said it probably wouldn't be necessary. So I intentionally didn't call. But when my hyung suddenly brought a donut cushion, I thought, 'Ah, that's what it was.' I realized it then. I was worried, thinking, 'Where did he have surgery?' But I felt like he didn't want to talk about it, so I didn't ask on purpose. But when he brought the donut cushion, it clicked that it was hemorrhoid surgery."
