'Jun Hyun-moo Plan 2' Jun Hyun-moo, Kwak Tube, and Ji Yeo-eun exhibited delightful chemistry during their Yongdeok food trip.
In the 20th episode of the reality street food documentary 'Jun Hyun-moo Plan 2' (co-produced by MBN and Channel S) broadcast on the 7th, Jun Hyun-moo and Kwak Tube (Kwak Jun-bin) explored local eateries in 'Yongdeok,' the 38th street of food, with MZ representative actress Ji Yeo-eun. They started by enjoying Andong ribs and then visited 'Yongdeok' Gisa Sikdang, handpicked by Kwak Tube, and the 'best value' Yongdeok snow crab restaurant, providing viewers with valuable information and entertainment.
Earlier, after finishing the Andong restaurant tour, Jun Hyun-moo said, "I was going to another region, but I keep thinking about Andong ribs," as he headed towards the Andong ribs alley. Jun Hyun-moo and Kwak Tube sampled Andong-style garlic ribs, mixed only with garlic and sesame oil, at a restaurant they carefully selected among many rib places, quickly finishing it off. They were amazed at the 'true' taste of garlic-marinated ribs with added soy sauce and happily completed their food show. Jun Hyun-moo, who cleared the final dish in Andong, declared, "The next street is Yongdeok!" He added, "I have a 'food friend' today. A bouncy star who is active in entertainment,” summoning Ji Yeo-eun. Immediately after, upon reuniting with his 'close friend' Ji Yeo-eun, Kwak Tube said, "I know a bit about Yongdeok; there's a Gisa Sikdang where the menu changes depending on the seafood caught that day," taking the lead enthusiastically and expressing his 'oppa beauty.' With the introduction of Kwak Tube’s 'Gisa Sikdang' for the first time, the trio ordered Mijuguri (a type of fish stew) and the steady seller, pork stir-fry, from the day’s restaurant menu.
While enthusiastically eating, Kwak Tube suddenly asked Ji Yeo-eun, "Nowadays, I’m broadcasting with the 'nation's MCs' Yoo Jae-suk, Shin Dong-yup, and Jun Hyun-moo. If another program comes on at the same time, who would you work with?" Ji Yeo-eun replied, "(Yoo) Jae-suk is comfortable to work with," and Jun Hyun-moo remarked, "At least pretend to think about it; you’re not considering me at all," expressing subtle disappointment. Ji Yeo-eun explained, "Senior Jae-suk occasionally watches the broadcast and sends me texts. He makes it comfortable for me." Then Jun Hyun-moo said, "If you do a fixed program with me, you’re destined to forget about Jae-suk," continuing his jealousy and creating chaos on set. After the meal, Ji Yeo-eun revealed, "I came all the way to Yongdeok, so I have to eat snow crab!" showing her impressive appetite. Jun Hyun-moo mentioned, "There’s a value restaurant that 'Daege lovers' love," as they headed to the next eatery.
The restaurant recommended by Jun Hyun-moo was not located in the famous 'snow crab street' of Yongdeok, but next to a port known only to locals. Upon entering the restaurant, Ji Yeo-eun announced, "I’m going to eat only crab!" displaying her extreme excitement, which led Jun Hyun-moo to jokingly say, "I feel like I’m with my daughter. Suddenly, I want to have a daughter," dropping a bombshell statement. As everyone burst into laughter, they enjoyed Yongdeok snow crab steam, which offered a legendary value of '30,000 won per crab.' During this period, Jun Hyun-moo asked, "What’s your ideal type?" Ji Yeo-eun answered, "Someone kind, witty, and with the same sense of humor," leading Kwak Tube to tease, "Are you into the good-looking type? Someone like Kang Hoon?" referring to Ji Yeo-eun's 'variety show romance' counterpart, Kang Hoon. Ji Yeo-eun responded, "(Kang Hoon) is handsome. But we both need to like each other," giving a meaningful glance. She then confessed, "I feel uncomfortable because articles keep coming out about my love line with Kang Hoon." Jun Hyun-moo chimed in, "I’ve basically become a newlywed with a 20-year-younger announcer," adding humor. Ji Yeo-eun emphasized, "Broadcasting is just broadcasting!" to which Jun Hyun-moo concluded, "It’s one big play," clearly addressing the dating rumors.
Afterward, the trio topped off their last dish with crab fried rice adorned with flatfish, finishing every single grain with a taste of 'honey.' Kwak Tube remarked, "I’ve visited so many restaurants while doing 'Jun Hyun-moo Plan', but the happiest place is this one, ranking it first," giving a thumbs up. Ji Yeo-eun responded, "It’s because I’m here!" bringing laughter until the end.
As the Yongdeok food trip with Ji Yeo-eun came to an end, the food trip of 'Mokbro' Jun Hyun-moo and Kwak Tube, who had even invited a special guest for the upcoming 39th street episode titled 'One Round with a Cow,' will be revealed in the 21st episode of 'Jun Hyun-moo Plan 2,' co-produced by MBN and Channel S, airing on the night of the 14th at 9:10 p.m.
Meanwhile, the dating rumors and marriage speculation between Jun Hyun-moo and Hong Joo-yeon began on KBS2's 'Boss's Ears are Donkeys' program. In order to trick Kim Byung-hyun, Park Myung-soo and Kim Suk falsely claimed, "Jun Hyun-moo will get married in March," and Jun Hyun-moo also said, "We’ve been dating for a month." As the March wedding rumor spread, Jun Hyun-moo responded, "What’s with the March wedding rumors? There are too many inaccuracies. My mom is even calling, asking if I’m getting married." This statement was later modified to the May wedding rumor.
Hong Joo-yeon commented on the dating rumors regarding Jun Hyun-moo, stating, "It’s exaggerated for broadcast, and I’m receiving this kind of interest for the first time. I’m not upset, but I am surprised as I’m experiencing things I’ve never encountered before. I want to let go of the burden and show my true self gradually as a genuine lady. I hope that the name genuine lady comes up frequently in my articles."
