The new group KiiiKiii (KiKi: Jiyu, Isol, Sui, Haum, Kiya) unveiled dynamic footage from the filming set of their music video 'I DO ME.'

KiiiKiii released behind-the-scenes videos of their pre-debut song 'I DO ME' from their debut album 'UNCUT GEM' on their official SNS channels on the 5th and 7th.

The first video began with self-cams of the members traveling to the filming location. The members expressed their quirky charm by naming dolls and doing a three-line poem, and they revealed their excitement as they admired the scenery of New Zealand, the filming location.

Behind the controversial 'ladybug scene' that generated buzz upon the music video's release was also revealed. When Sui placed a ladybug on Isol's nose, Isol added liveliness to the video by making various expressions with the ladybug on her face. Afterward, the members moved to the forest and sang to match the timing of their choreography, putting on a 'forest live' performance. As the lush forest filled with the members' voices, it created an even fresher atmosphere, transmitting KiKi's pleasant energy.

True to KiKi's spirit, the waiting time was filled with laughter. The members showed their dedication to filming by shooting challenge videos to the music and discussing each other's filming outfits, hairstyles, and poses. Dancing together in the field or running, they felt the refreshing breeze and freedom, reminiscing about the overwhelming emotion of the music video. Isol noted, "I think I'll laugh a lot because it will be an unforgettable experience. Although it was filming, it also felt like healing."

In the second video, the members displayed an even more natural blend with nature. Jiyu and Haum, after finishing a shoot of canoeing by the river, expressed their excitement, saying, "The scenery was really beautiful. It's 9 p.m. now, but it doesn't feel like 9 p.m.!" They continued, "We had to maintain a serious look for the mood and not smile, but since we had to play, we tried to do it without moving our lips while saying 'one, two,' and it was so funny. But we held it in well," revealing behind-the-scenes details of the shoot.

The members, who moved to the snow-capped mountains, showcased synchronized choreography. The leader, Jiyu, energized the members with a shout of 'fighting,' and the members executed the choreography vigorously, completing an exhilarating group performance. After finishing the shoot, the members shared, "We are currently at the snow-covered mountains, and it’s snowing a bit. It’s so nice. We all made wishes while looking at the rainbow," savoring their happiness.

The music video for 'I DO ME' became a hot topic after its surprise pre-release on the 16th of last month, reaching No. 1 on domestic YouTube's trending videos (hereafter 'trending') in just 12 hours. It held the No. 1 spot on the trending videos (music) chart for four consecutive days and ranked high on QQ Music and Line Music charts, and even two weeks later, it maintained a position at No. 6 in YouTube's Korean popular music videos, enjoying great popularity. Among this, the released behind-the-scenes footage reminded fans of the emotions felt in the music video.

The intense popularity of 'I DO ME' is also evident on music charts. Following its release, it ranked No. 8 on the Melon Hot 100 (based on 30 days post-release), quickly securing a spot in the top 100 despite being a newcomer, and has maintained an upward trend on the charts.
