On the 8th, KBS2's 'Men Who Cook Season 2' (hereafter 'Salimnam') will showcase the chemistry between Park Seo-jin and Ji Sang-ryeol that transcends age and generation.
On that day, Park Seo-jin, dressed in a dandy boyfriend look, is heading somewhere while holding a bouquet and gifts. With an expression full of excitement, Park Seo-jin noted, "I was invited by someone I want to get closer to for the first time in my life," adding, "When I'm with them, I can't help but smile, and it somehow makes me feel good. They're someone I don't want to miss in my life," which piqued curiosity.
The person Park Seo-jin went to meet was Ji Sang-ryeol, and Park Seo-jin confessed that they had been captivated by Ji Sang-ryeol's charming comments. Particularly, it was surprising to hear that, as a first step in their meeting, Park Seo-jin, who usually is shy, was the one to ask for Ji Sang-ryeol's contact number. Park Seo-jin explained, "They are my ideal type and someone special," and Ji Sang-ryeol humorously responded, "I heard a good person would appear this year, could it be you?" which made everyone laugh.
Next, Ji Sang-ryeol, who is well-known as Incheon’s son, and Park Seo-jin, who has been living in Incheon for 10 years, embark on a tour around famous spots in Incheon, such as Sinpo International Market and Wolmido. While spending time with Ji Sang-ryeol, Park Seo-jin naturally picked up his unique 'Ji Sang-ryeol style.' When Ji Sang-ryeol asked, "What will you do if your girlfriend has bad breath?" Park Seo-jin responded, "Did you eat warm trash?" causing laughter in the studio. After being recognized as Ji Sang-ryeol's apprentice, Park Seo-jin continued to show a different side of themselves by saying, "I store alcohol in my liver" and "I varnished my tongue," drawing more laughs.
Additionally, the two, who shared their first drinking session, engage in deep conversations while intoxicated. Ji Sang-ryeol expressed, "I always hoped that as the youngest in my family, I would have one sibling, and now you’ve shown up," conveying his pleasure, while Park Seo-jin even made a wrap for Ji Sang-ryeol, showing rapid intimacy. Following this, Ji Sang-ryeol, as a senior in the entertainment industry and a big brother in life, offered heartfelt advice to Park Seo-jin, creating a warm atmosphere.
After an enjoyable time, Park Seo-jin suddenly felt a great sense of betrayal from Ji Sang-ryeol due to an incident, bringing her to tears and surprising everyone. Park Seo-jin confessed, "I felt a betrayal that made my feelings for Sang-ryeol melt away," adding, "I felt the sadness of being a lost puppy," shocking everyone. Even Baek Ji-young shed tears in the studio, raising curiosity.
The entertaining chemistry between Park Seo-jin and Ji Sang-ryeol, who transcend age and generation, can be confirmed on KBS2's 'Salimnam,' which airs on the 8th at 9:20 p.m.
