In the 22nd episode of 'I'm SOLO, Love Continues After That,' Sang-cheol's serious feelings for Jeong-suk were revealed.

The episode aired on the 6th on ENA and SBS Plus, featuring the meeting of Jeong-suk from the 22nd season and Sang-cheol from the 10th season during an informal introduction ceremony.

Dressed especially neatly today, the two decided to meet Jeong-suk’s family. Sang-cheol from the 10th season said, "This is an important occasion today. It’s a preliminary introduction ceremony. I'm going to meet Jeong-suk's mom and dad. I think meeting them today will help reduce the tension for our next meeting."

Jeong-suk's parents, uncle, aunt, and cousin were also present. Jeong-suk stated, "It’s also my mom's birthday today. So, I wanted to show Sang-cheol to everyone to celebrate my mom’s birthday." Jeong-suk's mother lightened the atmosphere, saying, "It’s my birthday, but it feels like I’ve received a surprise gift. I don't know if something good is about to happen."

Sang-cheol calmly introduced himself. He mentioned that he lives in the U.S. and that he lives three minutes away from his wife while raising children. He continued, "After watching the show, I became interested in Jeong-suk, and I reached out to her first. Since I was a viewer myself, I felt a strong attraction and decided to contact her first," explaining his reason for being drawn to Jeong-suk.

Jeong-suk's mother asked, "Are you nervous?" followed by inquiries about his siblings, "What is your sibling situation?" and "Are both parents alive?" After several casual questions, she pondered quietly after hearing Sang-cheol's mention of having children. Sang-cheol from the 10th season tried to persuade Jeong-suk's mother, stating, "I was worried that when I mentioned children later, you would be surprised, so I didn’t mention my child. As a father, I feel the need to take responsibility and let you know."

Sang-cheol said, "I will treat Jeong-suk better. Obviously, I should. I felt the need to let you know that," however, Jeong-suk's mother expressed her thoughts, saying, "If you think about the kids, shouldn’t you not have a girlfriend?"

Sang-cheol remarked, "It’s better to address issues early; wouldn’t it be better to greet each other? We’re not just casually seeing each other; we are currently getting along well," emphasizing that he could not avoid this encounter.

Jeong-suk brought up a lingering concern, saying, "I showed up because it’s Christmas and the year-end. Normally, shouldn’t I be spending it with my brother’s kids? Aren’t you missing out on time with the kids this time?" Sang-cheol responded, "Before coming to Korea, I celebrated Christmas in advance with the kids," adding, "I believe it’s my responsibility to ensure that neither side feels neglected. Both are important."

Sang-cheol from the 10th season expressed his serious feelings to Jeong-suk, saying, "Seeing your parents makes me realize that it’s not just us dating; it’s more serious than that."
