Witness accounts of Seungri, formerly of the group Big Bang, have been made public.
On the 6th, reports surfaced on online communities and social media that Seungri was spotted at a bone soup restaurant in Songpa District, Seoul.
The author wrote, 'I saw Seungri at the Songpa bone soup restaurant, eating like a thief, with a very pretty woman.' The restaurant Seungri visited is a 24-hour bone soup restaurant known for its long tradition and flavor.
The author mentioned, 'The place was packed, and everyone knew it was Seungri, but pretended not to. However, an older woman there handed him a piece of paper, asking loudly for his signature. Seungri took two bites and then stood up.'
Seungri was identified as a key figure in the Burning Sun Gate scandal in 2019, causing a stir, and served 1 year and 6 months in prison for nine charges, including violations of the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence, violations of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes, violations of the Food Sanitation Act, habitual gambling, violations of the Foreign Exchange Transaction Act, and others.
Having completed his prison sentence, Seungri is currently working as an entrepreneur. He has been mentioned in business briefings by referring to names like G-Dragon, who worked with him overseas in countries like Cambodia, raising eyebrows.
In particular, there have been reports of him attending club events reminiscent of 'Burning Sun.' During an interview with a media outlet, Seungri expressed his intention to be discreet, given his past controversies, and strongly denied the rumors about attending events. However, a day later, he was spotted conversing with Korean women at a club in Bali, Indonesia, sparking allegations of lying.
Meanwhile, influencer Yoo Hye-won, who was previously linked romantically with Seungri, indirectly mentioned that time while appearing on Mnet's 'Couple Palace 2.' Yoo Hye-won stated, 'I have a boyfriend I've been dating for six years; I confessed to him. We even met each other's parents and were about to get married for real, but due to some circumstances, we had to break up.'
